The problem

Projects end. Retainers get squeezed. The slow months come round again.

Most agencies live project to project. A launch ends, the invoice is paid, and next month starts from zero. Retainers help, until the client asks what they are paying for and the number comes down. Then a quiet month arrives, and the pipeline is all anyone talks about.

Meanwhile, nearly every one of your clients pays someone, every month, for email: a subscription to a tool they log into a couple of times a month. You plan their campaigns, write them, fix their lists and explain their reports. The tool keeps the subscription.

That subscription is the steadiest money in your clients’ marketing budget. It should be yours.

Projects end

The work is done, the invoice is paid, and next month starts again from zero.

Retainers get renegotiated

A retainer is a number a client questions every quarter. A subscription is a line they stop noticing.

The subscription goes elsewhere

Your clients pay a tool every month for email. You do the work around it; the tool keeps the recurring revenue.

The idea

Your own email platform, under your name, paid for by your clients every month.

SendTo is a complete email marketing platform you put your name on. Your clients log in at your domain, see your logo on every screen, and pay you every month at the price you set. One flat fee covers the whole platform and every client you bring, so every client past the line is margin.

It is not a reseller code or a referral link. It is your product line: the one that pays every month, not the project that ends.

The business side

How the money works.

One fee on one side. Your clients, at your prices, on the other.

One fee, unlimited clients

No per-client, per-seat or per-contact charges. The twentieth client costs you nothing more than the tenth.

Your price, billed in your name

You set what each client pays. The platform bills them under your brand, so you never chase an invoice.

Paid out every month

Your margin is paid out monthly. Settle the platform fee by card, or have it taken from your balance first.

Usage is a separate line

Sending, verification, AI and extra domains are metered as usage. Your clients buy theirs at the rate you set, on top of the subscription.

Your clients are never at risk because of you

A client’s account is never deleted or locked because of the partner’s bill, and mail already in flight is never stopped.

No contract, no setup fee

Month to month, cancel any time. Open the platform and look around before you pay anything.

Partner economics

Put in your own client list.

Clients times what you charge them, minus one platform fee. Nothing else is assumed: no benchmarks, no projections, only your numbers.

Your numbers

How many clients, at what price?

Use your real client list. Start with the ones already paying you for email.

Platform fee

The platform fee is $3,200 a month: one fee, unlimited clients.

Left, per year—

With the other fee ( a month) the same clients would leave a month.

Arithmetic, not a forecast. It leaves out usage and your own costs: sending, verification and AI are metered in Usage Credits, which your clients buy at the rate you set (see pricing). There are no per-client, per-seat or per-contact charges.

Four ways to run it

Pick a way. Most partners end up running two.

Self-serve

Clients sign up at your portal, start from a sample workspace and build with the same tools your team uses. You oversee, and the margin is almost all yours.

Managed

Your team runs every campaign and the client pays for the platform and the service together. For the clients who want results, not tools.

Hybrid

Strategy and the big campaigns from you; the routine sends from the client, on your platform, in your brand.

Value added

The platform under everything else you sell: list cleaning, landing pages, websites, follow-up and reporting, each a line on the invoice.

Usage, in plain sight

One balance your clients can read.

Everything a client does runs on credits: sending, checking a contact, writing with AI, holding a domain. Their plan’s credits are used first and refill every month; anything they top up is never reset. Their usage page shows what is left and what used it, month by month.

  • One unit for everything, one balance to read
  • Plan credits first, then top-ups
  • Every month kept, with what it used

White label

Your name on every screen. Ours on none.

Everything a client sees carries your brand: the login, the dashboard, the emails the platform sends for you, the reports and the bill. Your clients never learn ours.

The portal, on your domain

Clients log in at the domain you choose. The login, the dashboard and the builder carry your logo and colours.

Every platform email

Welcome emails, password resets and notices go out in your name.

Reports under your brand

Every campaign’s results, in the client’s own portal, with your name on them.

Billing in your name

Clients are billed through the platform under your brand, at prices you set.

Your team, across every client

Invite account managers and creatives with roles. Help a client without ever asking for a password.

Client sign-up, under your brand

Your portal has its own sign-up page, so clients can onboard themselves, with a sample workspace waiting.

Brand presets

One brand, set once, worn everywhere.

A brand preset holds how a business looks, how it reads and where it is: its logo, colours and fonts, read from its logo and website; its language, and whether it writes like a local; its business address, printed in the footer of every email.

Emails are written and designed in it, landing pages are built from its colours, websites wear it, and films are made in it.

  • Colours and fonts read from the logo and website
  • Written in the brand’s own language
  • Every email, page, site and film in the brand

What you sell

Everything your clients pay for, on one platform.

Lists, emails, pages, follow-up, replies, websites, shops and films, all on the same login. Each film below is the real platform, a minute or two long.

Lists

Big lists, low bounces.

Every address is checked before it is ever mailed. Does its domain take email? Does its mail server know this mailbox? And where a server says yes to every address, the platform sends a real one-line probe email to find out.

Typos, closed mailboxes, unsubscribes and spam reports are kept out, each with its reason. Nothing is deleted: removed addresses stay on the list as a record, kept out of sending. Each address is checked once, and the answer is kept for every list.

  • Every address checked at the mailbox before it is mailed
  • Real probe emails for the servers that say yes to everything
  • A reason for every removal you can repeat to the client

Design variants and the rarity score0:59
Emails

Designed HTML emails, written for the reader.

A campaign starts with a plan of four short answers: the offer, who it is for, what they already believe, and the message. Every email is written and designed from it, in the client’s brand.

Generate again and the last version is kept as a variant. Every campaign sends at least four, each with its own subject line, so providers see variety instead of the same email over and over. And every writer works only from what you give it: no made-up reviews, clients or figures, and no deadline you did not set.

  • Written from the plan, designed in the brand
  • At least four variants a campaign, scored for variety
  • Click anything in the email to change it
Landing pages

A real page on every sending domain.

Every campaign gets its own landing page, made for you and served on every one of its sending domains, so the click lands on the same domain the email came from. That looks like a real business to readers and to the providers’ own checks, and it keeps your client’s main website out of bulk mail.

Add a form and a click becomes a lead: kept in Submissions, opened as a conversation in the inbox, and linked to the campaign that brought it. Bots are kept out by a hidden trap field, a signed form link and a limit per visitor.

  • One clear action per page
  • Served on the domain that sent the email
  • Forms that turn clicks into leads

From a click to a lead1:15
Sequences, one person at a time1:06
What starts a sequence1:11
Sequences

Follow-up that starts when a person acts.

A sequence follows up one person at a time, after they act on a campaign you sent: a click, its landing page form, or a reply. Their emails then go to them one at a time, in order, until the emails run out.

Say what it is for and the plan is written from your brief; every email is written in the brand’s design, up to two hundred of them. It is never bulk, and each person goes through a sequence once.

  • Started by a click, a form or a reply on a campaign you name
  • One person at a time, in order
  • Planned and written from a brief, in the brand
Inbox

One inbox for every reply.

Replies to every campaign, and every form filled in, come back to one inbox, filed under the right brand and campaign. Open a conversation and the person who wrote it is right beside it: their clicks, forms and replies, what they did on each campaign, and any sequence they are in.

Answer from the domain that reached them, signed with the brand’s own signature. Mail from anyone you never wrote to is never shown.

  • Filed by brand and campaign
  • The person’s whole history beside the reply

Websites

Websites, articles and search, built in.

A website is built from a short brief and planned for the kind of business it is for, with the one action that pays, a call, a quote or a booking, on every page. Change words, pictures and layout right on the page; every save is a version you can go back to.

It goes live on a free address in one click, and on the client’s own domain whenever they are ready. Articles are planned around the searches the business should win, linked in clusters, shared to every social network and published on a calendar.

  • Planned for the business, never a template
  • Live on a free address, or the client’s own domain
  • Titles and descriptions search engines read
Bookings, enquiries and shop

The website takes bookings, enquiries and orders.

Bookings only offer the times a business can really take, and every booking is checked again the moment it is made, so nobody is double-booked. Every enquiry is checked for bots, kept in Submissions and emailed where it needs to go.

The shop sells only what is active and takes stock the moment an order is placed, so the last one only sells once. Cards are paid on Stripe’s own page, straight to the business’s own Stripe account, or by bank transfer, on pickup or cash on delivery.

  • Never double-booked
  • No enquiry lost
  • Card payments to the business’s own Stripe account

Films in your brand1:14
Media studio

Films and ads, in the brand.

The media studio makes explainers, ads and social posts from a brief, in the look of one of the client’s websites. The script is written first, and every scene is yours to change before the film is made.

One script makes every shape: tall, portrait, square, pin and wide, each ready to download for its feed.

  • Explainers, ads and social posts
  • Every scene yours to change
  • Every shape from one script
List growth

Sign-up forms that only let people in.

A sign-up form on a client’s website adds people to their list. Bots are dropped quietly, known throwaway addresses are refused, double opt-in is a switch, and every new address is checked before it is ever mailed.

When someone asks to stop, they stop: taken off that brand on every list, by the link in the email or their mail app’s own button, and checked again before every email goes out.

  • Bots kept out, throwaway addresses refused
  • Double opt-in when you want it
  • Unsubscribes honoured on every send

Results

Reports that count people, not machines.

Not every open or click comes from a person. When the platform checked its own numbers, about five of every six clicks first counted were machines: scanners, privacy proxies and browsers that do not exist. So every open and click is checked before it is counted.

Reports count people, sequences start for people, and every number on the Results page is counted the same way as each campaign’s own report, so the two always agree. A deliverability score out of a hundred shows how much mail is really getting through, and what to fix first.

  • Human opens and clicks, machines taken out

The technical side

Why the mail lands: 99.7% delivered.

Measured on the platform’s own sending. For the people who want to know how the engine works, here it is, a minute at a time.

Every mailbox provider decides for itself which senders to trust, and it remembers. So the platform does what the largest senders do, for every client, on every campaign, without anyone at the controls.

It sorts every address by the provider that receives its mail. It spreads every campaign across several sending domains. It sends at a steady pace that never rushes to catch up. It varies every send. And it stops a campaign itself, before a bad list can harm a domain.

The four mailbox providers1:06

Every address is sorted by the provider that really handles its mail, and each provider is paced on its own record.

Traffic governance1:02

A domain’s quota with each provider sets its pace. Real demand grows the quota; nothing forces it.

Natural pace, and why it isn't warm-up0:53

A steady drip across the whole sending window. Time not used is gone; nothing rushes to catch up.

Many sending domains, one campaign0:58

Every campaign is shared across at least four sending domains, each at a natural pace.

Sending domains, set up for you1:19

Fresh domains for campaigns, every record written for you. The client’s main domain is kept apart.

A campaign that protects itself1:18

A campaign watches its own bounces and spam reports, and pauses itself before a bad list harms its domains.

Why your reply-to is verified1:13

Every reply-to is proven before launch, so replies always reach someone real.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Do my clients ever see the SendTo name?

No. Your portal runs on your domain with your logo. The login, dashboard, builder, reports, welcome emails, password resets and billing all carry your brand.

Do I need a card to start?

No. Create your account and explore everything, with a sample workspace already loaded. Sending, exports and your clients’ sign-up page switch on when you activate.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Sending domains are set up for you, with every record written. Cleaning, probing, pacing and the automatic pause run themselves. You bring your brand and your clients.

What do my clients pay?

Whatever you decide. Billing runs under your brand, and there are no per-client, per-seat or per-contact charges from us.

How am I paid?

A monthly payout of your margin. You choose whether the platform fee is charged to your card or taken from your balance first.

Can my clients log in themselves?

Yes, at your domain, under your brand. Some partners run every account for the client, some let clients do it themselves, most do a mix.

What happens to my clients if I fall behind on the platform fee?

A client’s account is never deleted and never locked because of the partner’s bill, and mail already in flight is never stopped. Their campaigns, lists, domains and reports stay where they are.

Is there a contract?

No. Month to month, no setup fee, cancel any time.

Is it really for life?

Yes. Create your account with the code by 31 December 2026 (11:59 pm US Pacific) and 75% comes off the platform fee for as long as you remain a partner. At today’s list price of $3,200 a month, that is $800.

What happens when the countdown ends?

The code stops working for new accounts, and new partners pay the standard $3,200 a month. Partners who created their account with the code before the deadline keep their discount.

Do I have to activate before the deadline?

No. The discount is attached to your account when you create it. Explore for as long as you like and activate when you are ready to sell.

Someone sent me a code with their name on it. Which do I use?

Theirs. A personal code is LAUNCH75 followed by the referrer’s code, gives you exactly the same discount, and makes sure the person who introduced you is credited. If you arrived through their link, it is already filled in.

You have seen the whole thing. Now put your name on it.

Create your account now. Your sample workspace is ready the moment you confirm your email, and the email subscription your clients already pay can start paying you instead of someone else.
