Customers, plans, domains, payouts and your team. One dashboard.
Add a customer in one step and choose whether they run their own campaigns or you run them for them. Price your plans in your own currency and see what you earn on each before you publish. Set up managed service tiers, issue promo codes, buy sending domains with credits, send your customers a branded onboarding series, invite your team with roles, and withdraw your earnings by PayPal.

An email business is a dozen small jobs. They should not need a dozen tools.
Every customer needs an account, a plan, sending domains, credits, emails that help them get started, and somebody who can step in when they are stuck. Every month somebody has to be billed, somebody paid and the numbers reconciled. Most white-label setups leave half of that to a payment provider, a spreadsheet and a shared inbox.
On SendTo it is the dashboard you already work in. The customer you add is created in billing and the campaign manager at once. The plan you publish appears on your sign-up page and your website. The money your customers pay is collected, your share is credited, and you withdraw it.
You run the business; the platform does the bookkeeping.
Customers, in one step
Add a customer with their company and contact details and choose how they will use the platform: self-serve, where they log in and run their own campaigns on a plan you set, or managed, where you run the campaigns and they get the reports. Send the portal invitation now or later.
From the list, open any customer’s portal as they see it, or manage their account from inside the campaign manager. Move credits from your wallet to theirs, archive and reinstate, and, as the owner, delete with a full summary of what goes and what is kept.
- Self-serve or managed, per customer
- Open their portal, or manage their account
- Assign credits from your wallet

Plans you price, margins you can see
Each self-serve plan has a name, a monthly price in your currency, its included credits, a description and the features customers see. As you type, it shows what you earn on the plan per customer, what ten and fifty customers would bring, and what you keep on a customer referred by another customer, after their reward.
Publish, hide and reorder plans. Set the price customers pay for top-up credits. A plan can never be priced below the wholesale cost of its credits, so a typo cannot lose you money.
- Your earnings shown per plan, as you type
- Publish, hide and reorder
- Never below cost
Managed service tiers
For the customers whose campaigns you run, define service tiers: a monthly fee and the credits it includes, and what is included at that level, from campaign build and strategy to list cleaning, segmentation, A/B variants, landing pages, domain setup, deliverability management, reporting, creative and copywriting, and automations.
Start from three seeded tiers or a blank one. A credits calculator turns a customer’s list size, sends, growth and AI use into the credits they need, and marks the tier that covers it.
- Your tiers, your fees, your inclusions
- Three starter tiers to edit
- A calculator that recommends the tier

Promo codes
An introductory price or a discount your customers type at checkout: a percentage or an amount off, for the first month, three, six or twelve months, or for good. Limit the uses, the plan and the expiry date, and switch a code off whenever you like. A code can never take a plan below the cost of its credits.
- Percentage or amount off
- From one month to forever
- Never below cost
Sending domains, paid in credits
Buy sending domains for yourself or for a customer, and the DNS is set up for you. Domains are paid with usage credits, never a card or an invoice, and a group of four, the minimum a campaign needs, can be built in one go. Manage them all in one place: verify, see the DNS, switch auto-renew, assign them to a customer and group them into sending pools.
- Bought and set up in minutes
- Paid with credits, no card
- Assign to any customer

Earnings and payouts
Your share of each customer payment is credited to your balance and becomes yours to withdraw thirty days after the payment. See what is available, earned, clearing and paid, in each currency, with every earning listed. Request a withdrawal and it is paid by PayPal.
Changing where the money goes needs the account owner to confirm by email. And you choose how the platform fee is settled: by card, or taken from your earnings first.
- Withdrawable 30 days after each payment
- Withdraw by PayPal
- Pay the platform fee from your earnings
Onboarding emails, in your name
Your customers get a getting-started series in their first month (eight emails for self-serve customers, five for managed), plan reminders for self-serve customers still on a trial after a month, and monthly insights on the 1st: their results, their best campaign and an idea for the next one, with a note from you if you write one.
Each is sent from your domain, in your name, signed off as you, with replies coming to an address you confirm. Preview every email and send yourself a test.
- Getting started, plan reminders, monthly insights
- From your domain, signed by you
- Replies come to you

- No shared passwords
Less admin. More customers.

One form creates the account, the plan and the invitation, and the onboarding emails start by themselves.
Margin you can see
What you earn per plan is on the screen while you set the price, and in your statistics every week after.
Guard rails built in
No plan or code below cost, payout changes confirmed by the owner, and roles that keep billing with the owner.
Business management questions
What is the difference between self-serve and managed?
A self-serve customer logs in and runs their own campaigns on a plan you price, billed through the platform. A managed customer is someone you run campaigns for: you assign them one of your service tiers and they get the reports.
Can I price in my own currency?
Yes: US, Australian, Canadian or New Zealand dollars, pounds, euros or rand. Changing the currency moves every plan and tier with it.
What do I earn on a customer?
What they pay for their plan, after any discount, less the wholesale cost of the credits it includes. The plan editor shows it per customer as you set the price.
When can I withdraw my earnings?
Thirty days after each customer payment, by PayPal. Disputed payments are held until they are settled.
How are sending domains paid for?
With usage credits, from your wallet, never by card. Four domain slots come with a paid subscription.
Can my team see billing?
Only owners handle billing, plans, the team and deleting customers. Members manage customers and their campaigns.
