The numbers a subscription business is run on. Worked out for you.
Monthly recurring revenue, annual run rate, what you keep after the platform fee, paying customers, trials, new and cancelled customers, earnings credited, money collected and what you can withdraw. Eight weekly graphs set against the same weeks last year, the year ahead from what is already booked, a monthly statement and revenue by customer. Calculated from your customers’ real payments, in your currency, with every definition written down.

A number tells you where you are. A graph tells you where you are going.
A dashboard that says you have forty-one paying customers is pleasant. It does not tell you whether that is up or down, whether this week was better than the same week last year, or whether the month ahead is already shrinking because three customers have booked their cancellations. Most platforms stop at the pleasant number.
A subscription business is run on its trends. So every key figure is graphed by the week, Monday to Sunday, named by the Sunday that ends it, against the same week last year so a quiet August reads as a quiet August. Each graph has a fixed scale with lines an equal amount apart, held for thirteen weeks so a rescale never flattens a trend, and you can set a target for any week.
You see which way the business is going, early enough to do something about it. And because every figure is defined in plain words on the page, you can trust it, explain it to a partner or a bank, and act on it.
business figures, from MRR to withdrawable
weekly graphs, each against last year
months projected from what’s booked
weeks back: each week set against the same week last year
At a glance, every morning
Your Overview leads with the four figures you check first: active customers and how many are sending, sends this month against last month, your wallet and what is available to withdraw, and deliverability over thirty days with bounce and complaint rates.
Below them: sends over the last thirty days, a delivery gauge, your top five customers by sends, the health of your sending domains, and what just happened: payments taken and customers joining. New partners also get “Set up your business”: create your brand, set your plans, build your website, connect your domains, go live and add your first customer, ticked off as each is done.

Twelve figures that describe the business
Monthly recurring revenue: for each paying customer, what their plan credits you each month, after discounts and the wholesale cost of their credits. The annual run rate. What you keep after the platform fee and any free months you are giving. The projection for the 1st of next month.
Then the month so far, each against the same days last year: earnings credited, money collected from your customers, paying customers, customers on trial, new customers, cancellations, revenue per paying customer and what is available to withdraw.
- MRR, ARR and what you keep after the fee
- This month against the same days last year
- Available to withdraw, and the next payout
Open any graph
Every graph opens full size, with the week-by-week table beside it: this year, last year and the change. Switch between thirteen weeks and the year to date. Set the scale yourself, or keep the proposed one, and give the graph a target for each week.
The eight: monthly recurring revenue, earnings credited to you, paying customers, new customers, all customers, money collected from your customers, and the clicks and sign-ups from your own SendTo referral links.
- Week by week, this year against last

The year ahead, from what is already booked
The next twelve months, read on the 1st of each: paying customers, money collected, your MRR, the platform fee and what you keep after it. Only changes already booked are counted (cancellations, plan changes, free months ending, discounts ending), and no new customers are assumed.
It is a projection you can bank on, not a forecast: if it goes down, you know which bookings did it, and you know now.
- Twelve months, month by month
- Only what is booked; no guesses
- Drawn on your MRR graph’s own scale
Statements and revenue by customer
A monthly statement for the last twelve months or every month since you joined: your earnings, referral commissions, the platform fee, other purchases, the net, the payouts marked paid and what your customers paid. And every customer on one table: their plan, what they pay, the wholesale cost, your share, your share to date and their latest payment.

In your pocket
On a phone the dashboard is an app: Overview, Business, Customers and Reports along the bottom, the rest under More. Figures sit two to a row, tables become cards, and a graph opens full screen.

No figure you have to take on trust.
The Business page explains how each figure is worked out, in plain words, at your own rate. Three of them:
What your paying customers’ plans credit your balance each month: for each customer, what they paid for the month they are in, after any discount, less the wholesale cost of the credits included in their plan. A plan whose payment is overdue is not counted until it is paid.
A month a customer pays nothing for, a free first month or a 100%-off code, is yours to give: the wholesale cost of that month’s credits comes off your balance. The customer counts as on trial, not paying.
Plan payments and credit top-ups your customers made. This is money collected for you, not your revenue: your share of it is credited to you as earnings. Customers you bill yourself are not included.

Statistics questions
Where do the numbers come from?
From your customers’ real payments and plans, worked out on our servers. Nothing is typed in by hand and nothing is estimated, except the year ahead, which counts only what is already booked.
Are test payments counted?
No. Payments made in test mode move no real money, and no figure adds them in.
Which currency is it in?
Your portal’s currency. Money in another currency is never converted and added in; a note tells you it is there.
How up to date is it?
Refresh any time; figures more than a minute old are recalculated. A week appears on the graphs once it has closed, on the Sunday.
Can I set my own targets?
Yes. Open any graph and set a target for each week, or your own scale. The proposed scale is held for thirteen weeks unless a week goes beyond it.
Can I export it?
The monthly statement and revenue by customer both download as CSV.
