Every customer becomes your sales team.
Switch on your referral programme and every one of your customers, self-serve and managed, gets a Refer hub in your brand: their own link and code, a QR code, ready-written messages for each channel, five graphics drawn in your colours with their code on them, and a live record of who they referred and what they have earned. They earn a percentage of every payment a customer they referred makes, in cash, and you see exactly what you keep on every plan before you switch it on.

The most trusted sales message there is: one business owner telling another what works.
A dentist asked by another dentist which email platform they use will answer honestly, and be believed. An estate agent who shows a colleague a campaign that worked has done more selling than any advert. Your customers know dozens of businesses like themselves, and they talk.
What stops them recommending you is friction and a reason. They do not have a link to hand, a picture to post or a message to send, and nothing changes for them if they do. Referral software exists, but it is another subscription, another brand on the page, and a payout process you have to run.
The Refer hub removes the friction and gives them the reason. Every customer has the link, the code, the words and the pictures ready, in your brand, and earns a share of every payment the customers they bring you make, for as long as those customers stay.
One switch, and the rules you set
The programme is off until you switch it on. On, every customer with a sign-in can refer. Set the reward as a percentage of every payment a referred customer makes, the attribution window, the minimum payout and the payout day, and insert the standard terms or write your own.
Before you switch it on, a table shows every plan and managed tier with its price, the wholesale cost, the reward and what you keep, and warns you if a plan would lose money at that rate. Switch it off and nobody refers and nothing new accrues; what customers have already earned is still paid.
- A percentage of every payment, for as long as they stay
- What you keep, plan by plan, before you start
- Standard terms ready to insert
| Plan | Price | Wholesale | Reward | You keep |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $79 | $25 | $7 | $47 |
| Growth | $199 | $75 | $19 | $105 |
| Pro | $399 | $150 | $39 | $210 |
| Premium · Managed service tier | $999 | $500 | $99 | $400 |

The Refer hub, in your brand
Each customer’s hub has six screens. Overview: what is payable, maturing, paid and earned, the funnel from clicks to paying customers, and a chart. Your link and code: a link to copy, a print-ready QR code and tagged links for each channel. Share kit: messages and graphics. Referrals: every business they referred and its stage. Rewards: every reward and payout. Settings: their PayPal address, confirmed by a code, and notifications.
The headline, the words and the colours are yours, and nothing on any screen names the platform behind it.
- Six screens, on desktop and phone
- A link, a code and a print-ready QR
- Every referral and every reward, tracked
Five graphics for every customer, drawn in your brand with their code on them.
Drawn in the customer’s browser the moment they open the share kit, with their name, their code, their link and a QR code to it. With a brand kit they are drawn in your website’s fonts, look and mascot; without one, from your logo and colour. They download each as a PNG and post it.
With a brand kit, above. Without one, from the logo and colour:
And the words to go with them
Messages for email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and X, each carrying the customer’s link tagged for that channel and an honest one-line disclosure that they may receive a reward. Use the suggested ones, or write your own once and every customer gets them.
- A message for each channel, ready to copy
- Tagged links show you which channel worked
- A disclosure line in every message

Run it like a programme
Your affiliates lists every customer who can refer: their code, status, referrals, paying referrals, what is maturing and payable, and lifetime rewards. Search and filter, sort by who has earned most, and export to CSV.
Open anyone to set a custom rate, hold their rewards with a reason they will see, pause or reactivate them, or remove them. Credit a referral by hand when a business came through a customer without using their link, and undo it until a reward from it has been paid.
- Every referrer, filtered and sorted
- Custom rates, holds, pause and remove
- Credit a referral by hand, with undo

Rates that reward your best advocates
A sliding scale lifts the rate as a referrer brings in more paying customers or more monthly revenue. Deals add bonus points or set a fixed rate for a period, for everyone or for the referrers you pick, for the first months of each referral, or only when a promo code is used. Custom rates sit on top of everything.
- A sliding scale by paying referrals or revenue
- Time-boxed deals, for all or a chosen few
- Custom rates per referrer
See what it is worth
Analytics shows the monthly revenue your referred customers bring, rewards in the period, what is payable on the next run and how many referrers are active, then the funnel from clicks to sign-ups to activated to paying, by day, channel, promo code, link and country, with a leaderboard and monthly cohorts. Statements keep the record, month by month, line by line.

A referred customer pays
The reward is worked out from the payment, after any discount, at the referrer’s rate, and taken from your earnings.
It becomes payable
Thirty days after the payment it came from. A new customer’s first payment also waits for their second.
It is paid
On the day of the month you set, once the referrer’s balance passes your minimum, by PayPal, in US dollars.
A dispute or refund
The rewards it paid for are frozen, then reversed if it is lost or released if it is won.
Protected from fraud
Rewards are designed so that nobody can be paid for money that does not stay. Each becomes payable thirty days after the payment it came from, and a new customer’s first payment waits for their second. A dispute, chargeback or refund freezes the rewards it paid for, then reverses or releases them. Referring yourself is blocked: the same account, login, address or business domain.
And every thirty days the holder of a paying account answers three short questions about the service; the answers are kept beside any dispute as evidence.
- Payable 30 days after each payment
- Disputes freeze, then reverse or release
- Self-referrals blocked; monthly check-ins
A sales channel that only costs you when it works.
Your happiest customers, selling
The businesses that already trust you introduce you to the businesses they know, with your graphics and your words.
Paid only on real revenue
A reward is a share of a payment that stayed. No payment, no reward; a reversed payment, a reversed reward.
In your brand, start to finish
The hub, the graphics, the messages and the emails are yours. Your customers recommend you, not a platform.

Referral questions
Who can refer?
Every customer with a sign-in, self-serve or managed, while the programme is on. Switching it on gives every one of them a link, a code and the Refer hub.
What do referrers earn?
A percentage you set of every plan or managed-tier payment a customer they referred makes through the platform, for as long as that customer stays, in US dollars. Sliding scales, deals and custom rates can raise it.
Who pays the rewards?
You do, from your earnings, when each reward is earned. The programme page shows what you keep on every plan at your rate before you switch it on.
When are rewards paid?
Thirty days after the payment they came from, and a new customer’s first payment also waits for their second. Payouts go by PayPal on the day of the month you set, once a referrer’s balance passes your minimum.
What if a referred customer disputes a payment?
The rewards that payment paid for are frozen while it is open, reversed if it is lost and released if it is won. A reward already paid comes off the referrer’s next payout.
Can I credit a referral that came without a link?
Yes. Credit a referral to the customer who sent them, and undo it until a reward from it has been paid.
Is it all in my brand?
The Refer hub, the share kit, the messages and the emails are in your brand only, and nothing on them names the platform behind it.
Can I switch it off?
Yes, at any time. Nobody can refer and nothing new accrues while it is off; rewards already earned are still paid.
Let your customers sell for you.
One switch, and every customer has a link, a code, graphics and a reason to recommend you.
