A guided tour of SendTo, in the order you would use it.
Nine short chapters, from creating the account to billing a client in your name. Each one says what happens, what to point at if you are showing someone, and which feature page goes deeper.

Lifetime offer75% off the platform fee, for life: $800 a month instead of $3,200. Ends 31 December 2026, 11:59 pm US Pacific.
Create the account
Name, email, password. The partner portal opens straight away with a sample workspace loaded: a working campaign, a list and a report, so the first screen is a demonstration rather than an empty dashboard. Nothing is charged while you look around.
- A sample workspace from the first login
- Guided walkthroughs of the builder, the lists and the reports
- No card needed to explore
If you are showing someone: Everything you are about to see is in the account from the first minute.
Build, send and read the report — all in the platform Your agency built for you.

Brand the portal
Logo, colours and the domain your clients will log in at. From this point every screen, every report and every email the platform sends carries your brand.
- Portal on your own domain
- Logo and colours on every screen
- Platform emails from your domain, in your name
If you are showing someone: This is the login your clients will see. Our name is not on it.
Create a client
A name and a brand preset. The platform seeds the client’s account with sample content, proposes brand-matched sending domains, registers and authenticates them and starts warmup. Nobody touches DNS.
- Client accounts in seconds
- Brand-matched domains registered and authenticated
- Warmup that starts by itself
If you are showing someone: The client never logs in to a registrar. These domains came online on their own.

Import and verify the list
Upload the spreadsheet. The wizard maps columns to fields, resumes if interrupted and verifies every address with its receiving mail server. The Clean tab shows what was removed and why, in plain language.
- Column-to-field mapping, existing fields reused
- Mailbox-level verification during import
- A reason on every removal
If you are showing someone: Bad addresses never reach a campaign, so they never cost the domain its reputation.
Build the campaign from a brief
Pick the brand preset, fill in the campaign brief (offer, audience, message, proof, tone) and the platform designs a complete HTML email in several creative variants. Regenerate any section without losing the rest.
- Designed layouts, never one template
- At least four creative variants per campaign
- Edit anything, keep the design
If you are showing someone: One brief in, a designed email and its variants out.

Add the landing page
From the same brief, the platform builds a matching landing page in the client’s brand. Publish once and it is served on every one of the client’s sending domains, so the click lands on the domain that sent the email.
- Generated from the campaign brief
- Refined by instruction or by hand
- Views, clicks and submissions on the report
If you are showing someone: The email and the page agree, and they live on the client’s own domains.
Choose the audience
A segment is a rule about what people did: opened or clicked in the last ninety days, never complained. At launch the rule becomes a fixed audience, so the audience and the report describe the same people.
- Engagement rules over time windows
- Reachable count while you build
- Snapshot at launch
If you are showing someone: Send to the engaged first; it is how a new domain earns its reputation.

Review, launch and report
Before launch, the pre-send review reads the campaign like a specialist and hands back a short list of findings, each with a reason and a fix. Then the campaign is balanced across the client’s domains and paced per receiver. The report separates human opens from automated ones and opens by share link under your brand.
- A pre-send review on every campaign
- Balanced and paced automatically
- Reports with human opens, shared by link
If you are showing someone: This report is what the client reads. It has your name on it.
Bill in your name
Every client is billed through the platform under your brand, at prices you set, and the partner view shows usage per client. One platform fee covers every client you bring.
- Billing under your brand
- Per-client usage on one screen
- No per-client, per-seat or per-contact charges
If you are showing someone: Twenty clients cost the same platform fee as ten.
The same tour, as a 20-minute call.
